Pros: Very reliable information for more than 95% of all lookups, easy to use, and great value for the money through the year for what we need. Easy to handle.

Cons: Accuracy of contact information could sometimes be inconsistent, which occasionally required additional verification. The credit-based system could feel limiting when prospecting at scale, and some advanced filters and features had a bit of a learning curve at first.
