Pros: Simple and easy to use. Less is more allowing adaptation of Notion workflow with all the features wanted for a CRM built right in. Can pull info from LinkedIn and Instagram with one click, saving time. Reminders are helpful for follow-ups. Everything needed, nothing more, all in one place.

Pros: Folk allows optimization of time usage by leveraging its integrations and templates. Quick performance compared to table CRM setups in Notion which were extremely slow and cumbersome.

Cons: Not intuitive enough to suggest groups based on gmail imports.
