Pros: Customization features allow flexibility to adjust QMS according to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Flexible, configurable solution allows creative methods to meet business needs. Dashboarding and reporting tools enable easy real-time data monitoring and analysis. Automatically adjusts inventory when changes are made to design.

Cons: Support is helpful in explaining what is wrong, but not proactive about helping make changes to the system.

Propel's customization and configuration capabilities are strong, though support could be more proactive in assisting with system changes.

Customization features allow flexibility to adjust QMS according to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Has improved the way the organization manages change orders and Quality records.

Cons: Had challenges getting clear and direct communication from Propel support and leadership team regarding full viability and access to all modules included in licenses.

Propel is a useful tool with valuable customization and Salesforce integration, though communication from support could be clearer regarding module access and visibility.
