Pros: Easy to use, easy to implement. From sign up to first document being capable of being sent was less than 5 minutes.

Cons: There is nothing really I can say I don't like.

Pros: Direct customer feedback with no bs in between. Broad coverage of tech product reviews that also offer depth to them.

Cons: Only user reviews and no product overviews or breakdowns. Reviews can be emotionally driven rather than fact-based.

User appreciates the direct customer feedback and broad coverage but finds the lack of product overviews and emotionally-driven reviews to be downsides.
