Ok, AI could be better

Pros: Easy to learn in training and build upon previous knowledge of the system. The CRM and Sales parts are great for data and utility and the cost is lower than SalesForce which seems to do the same job with competitive prices.

Cons: The Breeze Assistant is by far the most difficult AI to use. It insists on doing large tasks in batches meaning the user has to restart the next batch manually. Tasks that could be done in 5 minutes took the majority of the next day to complete in batches. Calls also have line difficulties when the inbound window is kept open, making simultaneous inbound and outbound call management infeasible.

While HubSpot's CRM and Sales features are competitively priced and easy to learn, the Breeze Assistant AI is difficult to use and requires manual batch restarts, making large tasks extremely time-consuming.
