Cons: It took a while and a few tries to get the answers and responses wanted out of CoPilot, but improves with more use and better prompts.

Pros: Being able to set up alerts and monitor for the news is an absolute game changer. Signal AI helps stay in the know and keeps clients happy.

Cons: There are still things to work on in terms of filtering out what you don't want to see.
