Pros: Site builder is easy to use and beginner friendly. Drag and drop mode works smoothly. Provides lots of functions that are easy to find and use.

Cons: Publishing with own domain name can get messy. Required extensive back and forth with domain host and support. Support responses are slow (a day or three) and evasive in explanations.

While the builder is beginner-friendly, the product is not suitable for serious web design or running a business online due to domain publishing issues and inadequate support.
