Pros: Transcription quality is good. It captures action items + next steps automatically. Works for both virtual and in-person meetings. Can connect to databases, Slack, Notion, Gmail, Metabase via MCP servers. Enables data analysis and simulations without coding background. Bridges understanding with actual execution capability.

A PM with no CS background used Claude Code to build a complete work system connected to multiple tools and data sources, enabling complex data analysis and simulations they couldn't have done before. The real value came from building custom workflows and memory systems around the AI rather than the AI itself.
