Pros: Zoho Books is good, basic and standard version of CRM is good

Cons: Clumsy system, lack of integration with other Zoho apps, poor training, slow refund process, other apps are redundant

User had a terrible experience with a clumsy system and poor integration between Zoho apps, though they found Zoho Books and the basic CRM version acceptable.

Pros: Easy to use, user-friendly interface, easy to navigate. The collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.

Cons: The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.

User finds Zoho CRM easy to use with helpful collaborative tools, but criticizes the workflow interface as archaic and non-intuitive compared to competitors.
