Pros: Great concept, excellent customer service, good contact quality in North America, Websights provides insights on non-converting companies

Cons: User interface and functionality issues resulted in dialing siblings, spouses, and other family members along with completely wrong people

The customer service is great and contact quality has been pretty good in North America, though the user interface resulted in getting incorrect contacts.

Pros: Very accurate prospect data, extremely easy to use, saves countless hours researching companies and contacts, only place to regularly get phone numbers of contacts

Cons: When compared to Dunn & Bradstreet, D&B is able to find more companies and contacts than ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo Sales has saved me countless hours of time researching companies and contacts with very accurate prospect data and is extremely easy to use.
